Each edible Namgo Green Plum(Mesil) manufactured by organic-grown farming is thoroughly washed and cut into 7 pieces, and then ripened under cold storage for 3 years. The product is mixed with high quality Green Plum(Mesil) hot pepper paste made by the secret process of Kim young-sub Green Plum(Mesil) and is secondly ripened at a cold storage for more than 3 years.
