This is an export product which is manufactured to maximize the special taste and deep flavor of organic-grown Namgo Green Plum(Mesil). The Green Plum(Mesil) tea extract (65 Brix) of concentrated undiluted solution is ripened by low temperature fermentation over at least 3 years and is a safe food, having no preservatives, no added colors and no added flavor, as it is made using a low temperature germ-killing process.
It can be used as a Green Plum(Mesil) tea by diluting with cool ice spring water or hot water in winter. It also softens the meat, and increases the taste and flavor of the meat when it is used as tenderize on preserving the meat with a seasoning of vegetable salad.
